azbox premium HD POWER SUPPLY FAIL

i am trying to recover an azbox premium hd which is stuck in booting.
when connected using yamon cable i get the following message from putty:

yxosPc0 serial#e153f9baec7f4e68ad9aefa392 582dce subid 0xc4
xenv cs2 ok
Power supply: FAIL

j-tag does not work
azbox premium hd been repaired?
If not look for yamon 3 wires should go and not 4

azbox did not repair.
i connect only 3 wires. i do not use the VCC connection 5V.
I get from putty the error: yxosPc0 serial # e153f9baec7f4e68ad9aefa392 582dce subid 0xC4 xenv CS2 ok Power supply: FAIL

what can i do, please.
